...is about how long I've been home now. It is alsoabout how long I have until I leave for Honduras. So I've got some packing to do...

I've been grilling a lot this week too... I love it... tonight was red chile-rubbed salmon with toasted corn vinaigrette... and it turned out quite nicely... definately the best fish I personally have ever cooked.

It's been nice being home, but I'm already looking forward to next year...
